    Food is not merely a necessity it is an experience to be savoured

    It would be rare to find an Italian who would sit down for a meal purely for nourishment’s sake, because sharing food is an occasion in itself which brings families, friends and individuals together. The emotions shared, bonds made and memories created around the table are at the very core of our being.
